Welcome to the Association for Community Counseling, a non-profit organization. We have been serving the Palm Beach community for more than a decade. Our community outreach programs and youth initiatives are designed to help those in need. We also provide counseling services at our clinical office in Delray Beach, Florida.
The mission of the Association for Community Counseling is to promote emotional well-being and resilience in the community. We offer:
* Counseling at low cost or no cost to clients who otherwise could not afford professional help.* Education and training to volunteers who want to help clients heal and grow.
* An opportunity for volunteers to participate in a positive service-centered community.
* An inspiring model of a low-cost, highly effective, all-volunteer service that makes a positive difference.
In addition to our onsite counseling services for all ages, we provide services in school settings, senior centers, and Family Promise. We train volunteers to work with our licensed psychologists and mental health counselors in a unique, all volunteer non-profit organization.
Our annual luncheon is just around the corner – March 24.
The event will feature our guest speaker – Dr. Laurence Miller, psychologist – and our ballroom dancing duo – Phil and Tanya Palma.
